![]() ![]() With all living things, Teiren and his brothers have been blessed with detecting the presence of the wisps. A harsh tug at the base of his skull warned him of the oncoming attack. If I begin to daydream while I battle for my life, I say this must be getting old.” Teiren laughed. “I’d say you were lost in your head again, were you, brother?” Rivon asked him as he stepped into aid with his brother. Even though it was he, who wielded this blade, and it was the clay that was recently attempting to take his life, Teiren still felt an overwhelming sense of shock as his blade sliced through the clay. The sudden crash of steel and clay has made him jump. Teiren has begun to find himself almost envious of its passionate care. Every morning, it blesses them with its warmth and light, spreading new life all over the world. Even with all this conflict, all of this terror and strife, and the struggle to revive order and harmony, the sun will never stop. He found himself fascinated by its tireless care for life. Teiren would forever seek refuge in the sun, though. Where there is a soul, there is love, and there is also hate. However, no matter how much he cursed the selfish greed and powerful grudges, Teiren knew that there will never be an end to them. He tired of the everlasting struggle to maintain balance. To be honest, he tired of the relentless battles. He only hoped that evil shall never overcome the good, because it was always so easy to maintain. In the end of this war, Teiren hoped that neither evil nor even good will prevail. Teiren also knew that there cannot be true joy, without true sorrow, as there cannot be true courage without fear. Teiren knew this, as did his father and the rest of his ancestors. War is a desperate solution to problems of greed. It knows all the good that spreads across the lands, as well as the evil, and it watches us choose our actions, and make our decisions. Taking its rightful place in the sky’s throne, it watches all life and all death. But they responded quickly and allowed me to buy something that wasn't otherwise available on their store. The sun is one of life’s greatest gifts. The replacement only cost me $13 which they couldn't replaced for free, because I bought them at a convention and had no receipt. I contacted metallic dice games about the one that chipped and they allowed me to purchase a replacement for it, instead of having to buy a whole new set. They're pretty sturdy as long as you're not throwing them around or rolling them on a hard surface (that means no direct table contact unless you're very gentle and even then I wouldn't recommend it).Īs long as you take care of them (as you would with anything that costs a lot) they make a fabulous dice set and you shouldn't have any problems! An open notebook, or a felt-lined dice tray work great. And then just make sure to roll them on a padded surface. If you keep them in that, you won't have a problem when transporting them. They come in a plastic case (that keeps them from bumping into each other, being crushed or moving around). ![]() If you take care with them you shouldn't have a problem. Like I said the Metallic Dice Games customer service is great! I'm sure if asked, they could confirm that they either test them themselves or if you find them imbalanced they could work something out with you! That is to say, there isn't like a specific clump of numbers that pop up the most.Īll the nicer sets of dice I've purchased (the stone, gemstone and metal) I've never had a problem with but the plastic ones always have one or two questionable dice. ![]() However, I've been using this set for the last few months and I haven't had them roll frequently one way or another. As I said in a previous comment, I haven't had a chance to check the balance because they are a bit heavy and I never seem to have enough salt on hand to test them. The "best set" pertains to my favorite and the best looking/feeling dice set. I read this great article on only buying plastic dice that are see through in some respect so you can see if they have imperfections. All the plastic dice I've bought I've had problems with. ![]()
